A horrific shooting spree in Mississippi has left six people dead, including the suspect’s ex-wife, according to officials and law enforcement.

The shootings began in the early hours of Tuesday morning and spanned several locations in the state. The suspect was arrested shortly after the final shooting, which took place in the town of Arkebute.
President Joe Biden responded to the shooting, saying, “Enough. We must act now to end this epidemic of gun violence in America.”
The victims have yet to be identified, but the sheriff said they included the suspect’s ex-wife, as well as other family members.
The motive for the shooting spree is not yet known, but the investigation is ongoing.
