The trial of Alex Murdaugh, the South Carolina legal scion accused of double murder, continued into its fourth day today with some shocking revelations.
The defence suggested that evidence had been destroyed, and the prosecution presented the last texts sent by the victims, Paul and Maggie, before their deaths.
The prosecution also presented a SLED agent who testified that Paul’s friend had received five missed calls from Murdaugh after the homicides.
The defence then presented a video of Murdaugh in which he said “I did him so bad”.
The Murdaugh family arrived in court on Monday, and the trial is expected to conclude soon.
The public has been following the case closely, with full coverage available on USNN.
