MEMPHIS, TN – Police have arrested two individuals in Tennessee after a disturbing incident caught on video shows them allegedly running over a repo man as he attempted to repossess a vehicle. This shocking event unfolded in a neighborhood in Memphis and has since garnered widespread attention online.

Nicholas Wray, 34, and Brandi Revels, 27, face charges of aggravated assault, according to the Memphis Police Department. The incident occurred on March 26, when the victim was repossessing a 2011 Ford Fusion on Cabana Way around 8 a.m. Revels allegedly urged Wray to hurry during the attempt, as captured in a now-viral video.

As the repo man diligently worked to attach the car to his tow truck, the situation took a perilous turn. The video reveals Wray arriving on the scene, allegedly turning on the vehicle and reversing, running over the tow truck driver’s head. The horrifying sequence left the victim writhing on the ground in pain.

“My head! You ran over my head!” the victim could be heard screaming in the video. Despite the severity of the act, Wray allegedly drove away from the scene while Revels observed.

Authorities quickly obtained arrest warrants for the duo, taking them into custody on March 28. Both suspects are currently held at the Shelby County Jail, with Wray’s bond set at $60,000 and Revels’ at $15,000. Their next court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday.

The video’s reach on social media has drawn significant public response, capturing the intensity of the incident through footage recorded by a camera the tow truck driver had strategically placed to face the Ford Fusion during the repossession attempt.

Fortunately, the victim, despite the trauma, managed to stand up and is anticipated to recover from his injuries, which police describe as superficial. He later shared images of these injuries on Facebook, sparking further online discussions.
