At least 10 people were injured in a drive-by shooting in Lakeland, Florida, on Tuesday night, according to police.
The shooting took place in the Midtown area of Lakeland, a city located in central Florida. Lakeland Police Chief Ruben Garcia said that the shooting was a “targeted attack” and that the victims were all male.
Garcia said that the shooting appears to have originated from a vehicle, and that the suspects were shooting from inside the car. He said that the victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment, but did not provide any details on their condition.
Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots and seeing a car speed away from the scene. Police are still searching for the suspects and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
