Columbus, Ohio – The 2023 Memorial Tournament at the Muirfield Village Golf Club came to a close on Sunday with American golfer Matt Kuchar claiming victory. After leading the leaderboard throughout the tournament, Kuchar sealed his win with a final round score of six-under par, finishing with an overall score of 15-under par.
Kuchar’s closest competitor was fellow American golfers Phil Mickelson and Brooks Koepka, both finishing with a score of 13-under par. South Korean golfer, Sungjae Im, who had a strong third round, finished in fourth place with an overall score of 11-under par.
The final round of the tournament was characterized by a notable performance by Kuchar, who secured five birdies and an eagle to finish with a six-under par score. The win marks Kuchar’s second PGA Tour win of the year and his first Memorial Tournament win.
