Raleigh, North Carolina: The official cause of death for ’16 AND PREGNANT’ star Sean Garinger has been determined as a blunt force injury to the head, according to the Medical Examiner’s office.

Garinger tragically lost his life in February after a freak accident involving an ATV on the driveway of his home. The Raleigh, NC Medical Examiner’s office report revealed that his skull was fractured in multiple places during the incident.

The accident occurred when the ground gave way while Garinger was driving his ATV, causing the off-road vehicle to flip and trap him underneath, ultimately crushing his skull before help could arrive.

In a touching tribute, Garinger’s family has designated the accident site as a memorial ground, adorned with flowers and signs expressing their love for him. He is fondly remembered by his nickname, “Squishy.”

Garinger appeared on Season 6 of ’16 AND PREGNANT’ with his ex-partner Selena Gutierrez, where their life with their two daughters, Dareli and Esmi, was chronicled.

Gutierrez shared with TMZ that their young children are still too small to fully grasp the loss of their father but expressed gratitude for the time they were able to spend with him in the weeks leading up to his passing.
