Chiefs’ Mahomes Willed to Super Bowl Despite Injury, Frank Clark’s Late Hit on Burrow, Bengals Don’t Worry About Future, Cincinnati Mayor Apologizes to Mahomes

The Kansas City Chiefs will face off against the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LIV on Sunday and Cincinnati Bengals fans have been eagerly watching their former quarterback Joe Burrow’s success in the playoffs.

The most memorable moment of the conference championships was when Chiefs defensive end Frank Clark took extra steps before delivering a fourth-quarter late hit on Burrow. In spite of the hit, Burrow was not called for a penalty by the AFC Championship game officials.

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who is nursing an achy ankle, willed the team to the Super Bowl with his incredible performance. Cincinnati’s mayor has come under fire for his comments about Mahomes and should apologize directly to the quarterback.

As the city of Cincinnati prepares for the big game, Findlay Market is stocking up on game day favorites. Fans can get their hands on wings, chips and dip, and other game day snacks.

No matter the outcome of the game, the Bengals don’t have to worry about their future with Burrow returning to the team next season.

The Super Bowl will be broadcast on FOX this Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET.
