“Deadly Missouri Tornado Leaves Widespread Devastation and Threatens Millions with Severe Weather”

Glenallen, MO- A deadly tornado ripped through Glenallen, MO on Saturday night, leaving at least five people dead and causing widespread damage. Search and rescue efforts continue amidst the rubble and debris, as officials fear the death toll may rise.

Residents are still coming to terms with the scope of destruction left in the wake of the EF3 tornado, which reached winds up to 160 mph. Some say it sounded like a freight train coming through their homes while others described feeling their homes shake before flying debris damaged their property.

Sadly, five people lost their lives in the storm, including a 57-year-old man, a 30-year-old woman, and two children aged 6 and 9. Another victim has been identified as a 69-year-old, who was found in a vehicle that was thrown by the tornado.

The storm affected more than just Glenallen, MO, as it threatens 50 million Americans with severe weather. Missourians and other affected citizens are being urged to follow all local warnings and instructions as more severe weather is expected to approach.

KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis warns that the severe weather threat is pushing east, almost out of the St. Louis region. People are advised to stay indoors and remain alert to any official weather announcements to stay safe.
