In another distressing incident, a man was reported to have assaulted his neighbor’s dog, subsequently trapping it in a sack and dumping it elsewhere. The complainant, Kiran Suryawanshi, detailed to authorities that her neighbor, identified as S Kumar, would verbally abuse the dog while physically attacking it on multiple occasions. On April 29, Kumar viciously beat the dog with a stick, concealed it in a sack, and discarded it. Furthermore, in the midst of a viral video controversy, Delhi Police addressed the situation involving a vada pav vendor, Chandrika Dixit, who was briefly detained following a dispute at her food stall, clarifying that no formal charges were laid against her.

In a separate development, the Andhra Pradesh CID has initiated legal action against Naidu and his son Lokesh, amidst a series of complaints lodged between AP CID and TDP. Allegations of disseminating misinformation via automated calls and violating the model code of conduct have been raised, with the CID issuing notices to TDP while omitting similar action towards YSRCP’s Sajjala Bhargav Reddy.
