Former Vice President Mike Pence has been thrust into the spotlight as speculation swirls regarding whether he could turn on President Donald Trump in the wake of the FBI’s search of his home for classified documents.

The Washington Post recently highlighted how President Gerald Ford’s break with Richard Nixon in 1974 could be a sign of what’s to come. MSNBC’s Ari Melber has also broken down the Department of Justice’s pursuit of the so-called “coup club,” a group of people who could potentially testify against Trump.

The FBI has since removed one document marked classified from Pence’s home, according to CNN. CBS Mornings reported that the FBI conducted a search of Pence’s home for classified documents.
