Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner Settle Child Custody Agreement: Find Out the Rotating Schedule!

New York City – Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have reached a temporary child custody agreement, court documents revealed on Tuesday. Under the order, Turner will have custody of their two children, aged 1 and 3, from October 9th to October 21st, after which they will return to Jonas until November 2nd. The arrangement will continue on a rotating basis, with Turner having custody until November 22nd, Jonas taking over until December 16th, and Turner having the children again until January 7th.

This agreement allows Turner, known for her role in “Game of Thrones,” to return to the United Kingdom whenever she has the children. Last month, the former couple temporarily agreed to keep the children in New York. Turner had filed a petition demanding the return of the children to England, where the family had previously lived.

Turner accused the Jonas Brothers singer of wrongfully keeping the children in New York City and refusing to hand over their passports. Jonas argued that surrendering the passports would violate a court order in Florida, where he had filed for divorce. He also stated that he was comfortable with the children being raised in both countries.

The children had been traveling with Jonas and a nanny during his U.S. tour, while Turner was filming a new drama series in the U.K. Turner was supposed to fly to New York City in mid-September to bring the children back to the U.K., but the couple announced their divorce before that could happen. In his divorce petition, Jonas labeled the marriage as “irretrievably broken” and sought shared parental responsibility for their children.

Attorneys for Turner and Jonas have not yet responded to requests for comment. The custody agreement ensures that the children will spend time with both parents in a rotating schedule until January 7th.
