The NBA All-Star reserves for the 2023 season have been announced, and it’s a star-studded list. Leading the way are Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid and Memphis Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant.
Embiid, a four-time All-Star, has been a dominant force in the league since entering the NBA in 2014. This season, he’s averaging 29.2 points and 11.2 rebounds per game.
Morant, the reigning Rookie of the Year, has been a revelation for the Grizzlies this season. He’s averaging 24.6 points and 7.7 assists per game, and is widely considered one of the best young players in the game.
Joining Embiid and Morant as reserves are Damian Lillard of the Portland Trail Blazers, Zion Williamson of the New Orleans Pelicans, and Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics.
The All-Star game will take place on February 16, 2023 in Los Angeles. With Embiid and Morant leading the way, it promises to be an exciting showcase of the league’s top talent.
