Mike LaFleur Joins Los Angeles Rams as New Offensive Coordinator – Multiple Sources Confirm

The Los Angeles Rams have announced the hiring of Mike LaFleur as their new offensive coordinator. LaFleur is a former Jets offensive coordinator who has worked closely with Sean McVay, the Rams head coach, in the past.

McVay said he was excited to have LaFleur join the Rams and believes his experience and knowledge will help the team reach their goals.

“Mike is a great coach and I’ve had the pleasure of working with him in the past,” McVay said. “He has a great eye for the game and I’m confident he’ll be a great addition to our team.”

LaFleur said he was looking forward to the challenge of helping the Rams reach their full potential.

“I’m excited to join the Rams and work with Sean again,” LaFleur said. “I’m looking forward to helping this team reach its goals and I’m confident we can make it happen.”

The hiring of LaFleur is the latest move by the Rams to improve their offense and make a run at a Super Bowl title. The team has already made several big moves this offseason, including signing wide receiver DeSean Jackson and running back Todd Gurley.

With LaFleur now in the fold, the Rams are set to make a big push for the playoffs in 2021.
