GREEN TREE, Pa. – A tragic incident unfolded in Green Tree on Friday evening, resulting in the deaths of two men in a murder-suicide. First responders rushed to the 200 block of Woodridge Drive around 6 p.m. upon receiving the distressing call.

According to investigators, one of the men was transported to a hospital but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. It was revealed that the two men were related to each other, adding another layer of grief to the heartbreaking situation.
