Murderous Los Angeles Woman Could Obtain Parole after 3 Deaths: Family Outraged

LOS ANGELES, CA – Family members of three victims murdered by a 61-year-old woman are expressing outrage over a plea deal that could potentially lead to the killer’s release. The killer, Nancy Jackson, pleaded guilty to the murders of a man and his elderly parents inside their Los Angeles home in 2018, facing a possible sentence of 75 years to life behind bars.

Relatives of the victims, who were eagerly awaiting justice, now feel that closure will never be achieved as a result of the plea deal. They are deeply disappointed by what they perceive as a lack of justice served in this case, with one family member stating, “People of this state do not get justice. The criminals get more justice than the people who are suffering from the crimes at the hands of criminals.”

The district attorney for Los Angeles County, George Gascón, received a stern message from a family member of the victims, expressing strong disagreement with the plea deal. The plea deal was defended by the DA’s office, asserting that justice was served through Jackson’s guilty plea to three counts of first-degree murder with a sentence of 75 years to life in prison.

The victims, 62-year-old Paul White and his parents, 77-year-old Orsie Carter and 82-year-old William Carter, were tragically shot and killed in their own home by Jackson. The family of the victims, along with a member of the DA’s office, strongly believe that Jackson should not have the possibility of parole and should have faced trial by jury for the intentional and unjustifiable murders.

As the sentencing date approaches, emotions are running high among the families of the victims, who continue to seek closure and justice for their loved ones. The plea deal has left a deep sense of disappointment and frustration among those affected by the tragic loss of their family members.
