NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships: Oklahoma, Utah, UCLA, and Missouri advance in a nail-biting semifinal battle!

Fort Worth, Texas – The 2025 NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships are set to crown national champions from April 17-19 at Dickies Arena. This event will see live updates of Thursday’s semifinals and individual finals.

During this week, six titles are up for grabs, including team, all-around, vault, bars, beam, and floor. The individual titles will be determined on Thursday, April 17 during the semifinals, with the top-ranked individuals in each category becoming national champions after Session II. The team title will be decided on Saturday, April 19, where the top two teams from each semifinal session will compete in the Four on the Floor team final.

Semifinal I will feature teams such as No. 2 Oklahoma, No. 3 Florida, No. 7 Missouri, and No. 11 Alabama starting at 4:30 p.m. ET on Thursday. Following that, Semifinal II will showcase No. 1 LSU, No. 4 Utah, No. 5 UCLA, and No. 8 Michigan State at 9 p.m. ET. Both semifinals can be viewed on ESPN2 or ESPN+.

The rotation schedule for the semifinals and final of the 2025 NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships is detailed for each event. Athletes on qualifying teams are also eligible for individual titles, allowing for a mix of team and individual achievements.

In the first semifinal on April 17 at 4:30 p.m. ET, Alabama will begin with the vault, while Oklahoma will start on bars, Florida on beam, and Missouri on floor. In the second semifinal at 9 p.m. ET on the same day, Michigan State will lead with vault, LSU with bars, Utah with beam, and UCLA with floor.
