The Sooners triumphed over rival Texas in Game Two of the Women’s College World Series championship series, capturing their eighth national crown and sixth within the past eight years. The 8-4 victory in front of a 12,324 sellout crowd at Devon Park showcased OU’s dominance and resilience on the field.

Despite facing numerous challenges and doubters throughout the season, departing seniors Tiare Jennings, Jayda Coleman, Kinzie Hansen, Rylie Boone, and Nicole May remained undefeated in their final games, demonstrating unwavering determination.
