During a speech at the NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, Biden referred to Zelenskyy as “Vladmir,” seemingly mixing up the two leaders. He then acknowledged his mistake but continued to refer to Zelenskyy as “Mr. Zelenskyy.” At another event, Biden mistakenly referred to Ukraine as Russia, rectifying his error by clarifying that he meant to say “by Russia on Ukraine.”
