Cape Canaveral, Florida – SpaceX successfully launched 23 more Starlink internet satellites on Sunday evening from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Amidst a busy weekend for the company, the Starlink spacecraft took off atop a Falcon 9 rocket at 6:08 p.m. EDT. This launch marked the 13th launch and landing for the booster, highlighting SpaceX’s focus on reusability.

The Falcon 9’s first stage completed a vertical landing on the droneship Just Read the Instructions in the Atlantic Ocean, approximately 8.5 minutes after liftoff. Half of the rocket’s previous 12 flights were dedicated to Starlink missions, showcasing SpaceX’s commitment to their satellite internet project. The upper stage of the Falcon 9 deployed the 23 Starlink satellites into low Earth orbit about 65 minutes after launch.
