Tiger Woods Thrills at Genesis Invitational, Max Homa and Jon Rahm Look Rock Solid

Tiger Woods is back in action and making waves at the 2023 Genesis Invitational. On Friday, Woods shot a 69 in the second round, putting him five strokes behind the lead.

Max Homa and Jon Rahm are both in the running for the top spot. Homa is currently in first place with a two-day total of 12-under par. Rahm is in second place with a two-day total of 11-under par.

Woods, who won the 2019 Masters, is looking to make a comeback after missing the cut at the Farmers Insurance Open last month. His 69 on Friday put him in the mix, but he still has a ways to go to catch up to Homa and Rahm.

Meanwhile, Homa and Rahm have been playing solid golf. Homa shot a 68 in the first round and a 66 in the second round. Rahm shot a 67 in the first round and a 68 in the second round.

The final round of the 2023 Genesis Invitational is set to take place on Saturday. Fans can follow the action on CBS Sports, ESPN, and Fox News.
