GRANADA HILLS, LOS ANGELES – Tragic news struck a quiet neighborhood on Saturday evening when a man in his 80s reportedly shot and killed his wife and their two adult children before taking his own life. The incident occurred at a residence in the 11600 block of Lerdo Avenue.

Law enforcement officers were alerted to the scene just before 7 p.m. after receiving a call about the disturbing event. Upon arrival, they were guided to the victims by a witness who had barricaded themselves in a room during the shooting and summoned the police for assistance.
