2 Students Killed and Multiple People Injured in Des Moines Shooting

Des Moines police arrested a suspect in connection with a shooting at a local charter school that left two students dead and the founder of an education program in serious condition.

The shooting occurred on Tuesday morning at the Des Moines nonprofit, where three people were taken into custody. According to police, two students were killed and one man was injured. Multiple other people were also injured.

The founder of the education program was rushed to the hospital in serious condition. Police have not released the identity of the suspect or any other information regarding the shooting.

The community is in shock over the tragedy, with many people expressing their condolences on social media. The Des Moines school district also released a statement expressing their sadness and offering their support to the families of the victims.
