Residents of Half Moon Bay, California were shocked today as seven people were killed in a mass shooting. The suspect is now in custody.

According to The Washington Post, the shooting occurred in the early hours of the morning. The suspect, who has yet to be identified, was taken into custody by local police.

The Los Angeles Times has identified two of the victims in the Half Moon Bay shooting.

The Wall Street Journal spoke to the mayor of Half Moon Bay, who said, “We never expected this to happen here.”
