Toronto, Ontario – A tragic incident in North York has left one woman dead and two others injured after being intentionally struck by a driver earlier this week. The victim, 61-year-old Karen Montague, was one of three pedestrians hit outside an apartment building near Victoria Park Avenue and Cassandra Boulevard on Wednesday afternoon.
