The Los Angeles Rams have been in talks to trade cornerback Jalen Ramsey in the coming weeks, according to multiple reports.
The news comes after Yahoo Sports reported that Ramsey had pushed back on a report that the Rams were “very likely” to trade him.
NFL.com then reported that the Rams had had trade talks regarding Ramsey, while NBC Sports reported that it was “very likely” he would be dealt.
The speculation has already started about where Ramsey may end up, with CBS Sports listing the top landing spots for the All-Pro cornerback.
Ramsey is in his fourth season in the NFL and was selected fifth overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2016 NFL Draft. He was traded to the Rams in October 2019 for first-round picks in 2020 and 2021, as well as a 2021 fourth-rounder.
The Rams currently have a 5-3 record and are in second place in the NFC West.
