A bizarre scene unfolded at the Duquesne-Loyola Chicago college basketball game on Tuesday night when an Uber Eats delivery person wandered onto the court, leaving fans in stitches.
The incident occurred in the first half of the game when the delivery person, who was attempting to locate a customer, walked onto the court, prompting an official timeout.
The incident was caught on camera and shared on social media, with many people finding the delivery person’s presence amusing.
The situation escalated later in the game when an apparent prankster, dressed as an Uber Eats delivery person, walked onto the court and caused the game to be stopped.
The prankster was quickly escorted off the court by security and it was not clear if he was connected with the first incident.
The game resumed after a short delay and Duquesne eventually won the game.
